• Insolvency proceedings, with appointments as bankruptcy trustee (Curatore fallimentare), judicial commissioner (Commissario giudiziale) and judicial liquidator (Liquidatore Giudiziale)
• Out-of-court assistance in corporate and asset disputes. The Firm’s partners also accept corporate appointments in order to more effectively manage and resolve the dispute
