Aicardi & Partners was established in 2018 on the initiative of Dr. Piero Aicardi, through the combination of his own firm – active since 1983 – with the expertise of other established professionals who have broadened and strengthened its structure, sharing the same strategic vision and founding values: independence, competence, dedication, ethics, transparency, dynamism and cooperation.

DIGITALISATION PROJECT
A modern, integrated and inter-professional firm
The professionals of Aicardi & Partners, bringing together their respective areas of specialisation under a single professional association, have embarked on a project aimed at the digitalisation and dematerialisation of management procedures, with the goal of building a forward-looking firm capable of delivering highly specialised and indispensable advisory services for the business consulting 4.0 era.
The long-term objectives underpinning the project relate primarily to equipping the Firm with innovative technologies designed to make its work increasingly efficient, while ensuring the highest standards of security and integrity in data management – including through the development of proprietary software to support the team of professionals, experts and associates across the full range of the Firm’s activities.
The measures taken to achieve these objectives have included the development of technological and digital infrastructure, the procurement of equipment to enhance network connectivity, the digitalisation and dematerialisation of operations, and the acquisition of licences, software and various application services. The ultimate outcome of this innovative project has translated into enhanced security and significant time savings in the internal and external management of the Firm. Through this project, the Association has successfully integrated – from both an information and IT standpoint – the activities previously carried out by separate entities, consolidating diverse working methodologies drawn from professional firms with different backgrounds onto a single hardware and software platform that enables the management of diaries, deadlines and CRM systems, allowing activities to be tracked in a more uniform and consistent manner.
