Education & Qualifications

Graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Bologna. He has been registered with the Register of Chartered Accountants of Bologna since 1991 and with the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bologna since 2001. He has been a Statutory Auditor since 1995 and a Sustainability Auditor since 2025.

Areas of Practice

His practice focuses primarily on business advisory, with particular reference to strategic consulting, internal procedures, management control, corporate, financial and tax advisory, preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements, acquisitions and disposals of businesses and shareholdings (M&A and Corporate Finance transactions) and extraordinary transactions in general (mergers, demergers, etc.).

Professional & Institutional Mandates

He has served as a member of the International Working Group of the Italian Accounting Standard Setter (OIC), and as a member of the Financial Reporting and Accounting Standards Committee of the National Council of Chartered Accountants (CNDCEC). He is currently a member of several internal committees of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bologna, of which he has also served as Councillor. He serves and has served as a member of Boards of Directors and Boards of Statutory Auditors of various companies. He holds and has held appointments as liquidator, valuation expert, Statutory Auditor and member of arbitral tribunals.
