Education & Qualifications

Graduated with honours in Economics and Business from the University of Cagliari. Graduated with honours in Business and Public Administration Law from the Alma Mater Studiorum, University of Bologna. She is registered with the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bologna and as a Statutory Auditor.

She is registered with the List of Experts for the Negotiated Composition of Business Crisis (composizione negoziata) established at the Bologna Chamber of Commerce, and with the Register of professionals eligible for appointments by the Judicial Authority to perform management and supervisory functions in proceedings pursuant to Art. 356 CCII. She is also registered with the Register of Court-Appointed Expert Witnesses of the Court of Bologna.

Areas of Practice

Following extensive experience at Deloitte & Touche S.p.A. and in-house as as Chief Financial Officer of companies belonging to multinational groups, she has been a Partner of Aicardi & Partners since 2018.

She specialises in business distress management and debt restructuring transactions, supporting entrepreneurs, credit institutions and other stakeholders in particularly complex situations.

She is a lecturer and speaker at seminars and conferences on business restructuring and insolvency, and co-author of texts on insolvency law.

Professional Mandates

She holds mandates as financial advisor in corporate recovery transactions involving the use of crisis regulation instruments, including negotiated compositions (composizione negoziata), certified restructuring plans, debt restructuring agreements and insolvency proceedings, playing an active role in structuring solutions and managing negotiating tables.

She collaborates with the Court, receiving appointments as Bankruptcy Trustee and Court-Appointed and Party-Appointed Expert Witness in both civil and criminal proceedings.
