Education & Qualifications

Graduated in Business Economics and Management from the University of Bologna. Holds a Master’s degree in Economics, Management and Professional Practice from the University of Ferrara.

He further completed his training with a full-time Tax Master’s programme and an Executive Master in International Taxation at 24 Ore Business School, as well as the Tax Defence Counsel School at Ipsoa.

Admitted to the Association of Chartered Accountants (Ordine dei dottori commercialisti e degli esperti contabili) in Bologna since 2018.

Areas of Practice

Following significant experience at one of the leading tax law firms in Italy, he has been collaborating with Aicardi & Partners as a Chartered Accountant since 2024.

He assists companies, groups and private clients – with particular focus on family businesses and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) – in extraordinary transactions (M&A) and succession planning, handling both the structuring and the tax and asset protection aspects, with an integrated approach oriented towards the protection and enhancement of wealth.

He has also developed solid experience in tax litigation, supporting clients through pre-litigation and litigation phases, with particular focus on the strategic resolution of disputes.

He further provides advisory on domestic and international taxation, with a focus on high-complexity matters.

He is a speaker at training seminars and professional development conferences for businesses and practitioners, and the author of publications on tax law.
