Education & Qualifications

Graduated with honours in Business Administration from the University of Bologna. Holds a Master’s degree with honours in Economics and Business Law from Bocconi University, Milan. He has been registered with the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bologna since 2020 and as a Statutory Auditor.

Areas of Practice

Following brief experience at an international consulting firm, he has been collaborating with Aicardi & Partners as a Chartered Accountant since 2018.

His practice focuses primarily on advisory to companies and groups, with particular reference to domestic and international taxation, as well as extraordinary transactions, tax planning and succession planning.

He is a speaker at training seminars and professional development conferences for businesses and practitioners, and the author of numerous publications on tax and corporate law.

Professional Mandates

He has served as a member of the Direct Taxes, Business Income and Tax Collection Committee of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bologna.
