Education & Qualifications

Graduated in Business Administration and holds a Master’s degree with honours in Economics and Professional Practice from the University of Bologna. He has been registered with the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bologna since 2020.

Areas of Practice

He began his professional career at accounting firms in Bologna, subsequently gaining experience within the M&A Transaction Services team at Deloitte Financial Advisory, focused on financial due diligence activities in support of institutional and corporate investors. He has been collaborating with Aicardi & Partners on a permanent basis since 2023.

He assists companies, investors and procedural bodies in extraordinary transactions, insolvency proceedings and crisis regulation processes pursuant to the CCII. He also handles financial statement analysis, economic and financial projections and business valuation.
