Education & Qualifications

Graduated in Business Administration and holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Professional Practice from the University of Bologna.

Areas of Practice

He has been collaborating with Aicardi & Partners as a Chartered Accountant since 2018.

He provides assistance in business and tax advisory, with particular reference to the preparation of annual financial statements and related civil law and tax compliance, as well as ongoing support to companies in the management of key tax matters.

He also handles management control, including economic and financial planning and the preparation of periodic reports, budgets and business plans. He participates in extraordinary transactions (M&A) and due diligence activities, as well as in mandates within Boards of Statutory Auditors.
