He has also been involved in preparing civil and consolidated financial statements for companies, handling the purchase and sale of companies and shares (M&A and Corporate Finance operations), and corporate restructuring (such as mergers and demergers). Additionally, he has collaborated in addressing corporate crises, including business restructurings, agreements, and turnarounds.
