Education & Qualifications

Graduated in Business Administration (Finance) and holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Bologna. He also completed a full-time Master’s programme in Administration, Finance and Control at Alma Graduate School. He is registered with the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bologna and as a Statutory Auditor.

Areas of Practice

Following prior experience at KPMG S.p.A. as an auditor, he has been collaborating with Aicardi & Partners since 2008.

He specialises in business distress management and debt restructuring transactions, supporting entrepreneurs, credit institutions and other stakeholders in particularly complex situations.

He is actively involved in corporate recovery transactions involving the use of crisis regulation instruments, including negotiated compositions (composizione negoziata), certified restructuring plans, debt restructuring agreements and insolvency proceedings, playing an active role in structuring solutions and managing negotiating tables.

He regularly participates in courses and conferences on these matters and engages in research and dissemination activities on restructuring topics, including through specialist contributions and publications.

Professional Mandates

He handles transactions in distressed contexts, including on appointment by the Judicial Authority (judicial liquidations and court-appointed expert assignments).

He holds mandates in corporate supervisory bodies, developing direct knowledge of business dynamics and governance systems – insights that are often particularly relevant in distressed contexts.
