Education & Qualifications

Graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Bologna. He has been registered with the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bologna since 1994 and as a Statutory Auditor since 1999. He is also registered with the Register of Court-Appointed Expert Witnesses of the Court of Bologna.

Areas of Practice

His practice focuses primarily on business distress solutions (corporate recovery, turnaround, debt restructuring agreements), insolvency proceedings and court-appointed expert assignments, as well as strategic business advisory and extraordinary transactions in general.

He also specialises in credit securitisation pursuant to Law No. 130 of 30 April 1999, and has been involved in numerous securitisation transactions, handling all legal, civil law, financial and tax aspects, including acting as Sub-Servicer for the management of securitised receivables and as Noteholders’ Representative (R.O.N. – Rappresentante degli Obbligazionisti).

He assists a number of leading clients operating in the real estate sector across the national territory and has contributed to the establishment of three real estate investment funds, in which he has been appointed as a member of the Advisory Committee.

He serves as a member of the Board of Directors or Board of Statutory Auditors of various companies.

He collaborates with the Court, receiving appointments as Bankruptcy Trustee, Judicial Commissioner, Liquidator, Valuation Expert and Court-Appointed and Party-Appointed Expert Witness in both civil and criminal proceedings.
