Education & Qualifications

Graduated with honours in Economics and Finance from the University of Bologna. Holds a Master’s degree with honours in Administration, Corporate Finance and Control – with a specialisation in Corporate Finance and Financial Management – from Bocconi University, Milan.

He has been registered with the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bologna since 2020.

Areas of Practice

Following brief experience in the Deals service line at PwC Advisory S.p.A., he has been collaborating with Aicardi & Partners as a Chartered Accountant since 2017. His practice focuses primarily on extraordinary transactions, insolvency proceedings, financial statement analysis, financial projections and business valuations.

He is a speaker at training seminars and professional development conferences for businesses and practitioners.

Professional Mandates

He has served as a member of the Business Plans Committee in Support of Extraordinary Transactions of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bologna.
